Michelle started her career in the hospitality sector, planning, and developing events for hundred of clients of portfolio with a wide diverse type of events from conventions, to weddings, corporate events and even small private concerts.

As an Events and Hotel & Restaurants Management professional she developed a vast ability of skills and knowledge on how create the atmosphere and proper ways that clients love about a real service experience, from the marketing strategy and primary engagement to the after-event follow up and continuously learning clients’ next expectations. She is the creator of the “secret sauce” of Gran Patron Trading Group client’s experience recipe.
